Stupid question number 47.

I have this about 2" wide and 30" long piece of material that came in my kit that I think may be the fiberglass material used to "glass" thing wing halves together. It kind of has a slippery/silky kind of texture to it, almost feels like a ribbon. Is this the fiberglass tape?
