Thats right use the rules against them if you can. It should work for atleast one season.
Other than wheels and tires how doesn't it meet the class requirements?
Or are you talking about racing in another class?
I have downloaded the rules from ROAR and from what I can tell the wheels and tires are the only problem but the sanctioning body might be different over there.

I have e-mailed Proline to try and get some clarification as to why hopefully they will respond.
