Default World Models Groovy 3D .50 build and comment

I just can't resist trying one of this plane when I first saw it on the shelf.Bought it and started the moment I reach home.Open up the box , everything is pack properly and neat no damage.I was really suprise the fuselage is quite lightcompare to all the modeltech magic
I had.Very nice looking plane and all the wood and balsa is laser cut. Started with the elevator, opening for the elevator on the fuselage is way too much for the elevator....please be careful while doing this as the elevator might not be level with the fuselage and main wing. The rudder is preety straight forward and I have no problem as for the main wing too. Next on the fuel tank installation, you have to be pretty sure of the fuel line , venting line and filling line because once the tank is installed, we have to glue the throttle servo tray just right behind the tank and no way you can remove the tank. Then we have to decide which engine to go....I had a OS FL-70 mount it inverted and it give me a real problem....use to be mount on the Global Ultimate at 90 degree no problem so have to get a new engine for this plane. I was looking at the Saito 72 and OS 70 surpass. As when I mount the FL-70 It still need quite and amount of weight in the front to balance it.So I bought the OS 70 surpass over the Saito, since I know the Os is heavier over the Saito.Fix it up and the engine run very well witha APC 14X4W evendo the tank is higher than the carb as I was so worry about. Everything is done and its time for maiden....take off was straight with not much of rudder input....3D couldn't comment so much about it since I am not that good at doing it....I tried to hover it and its not that hard since I am not that good.Well overall I can't really comment on the flyin character of the plane because I know I don't know much about flying. Please pay some attention on the landing gear...thats is the real culprit on this plane.....the landing gear mounting is only about 1.5mm thick plywood and there is not much support in it...I broke the mounting on the first landing which is quite a soft landing....just have to fix that part before flying...any idea how to strenghten it?....
Overall just watch the elevator , tank installation and landing gear mounting when you are fixing it up...the rest as for my evaluation its OK.Thanks for reading.
