PR is a US territory, mail service is provided by the United States Postal Service and all federal laws and regulations regarding mail fraud protect you and myself, Avicom can confirm that. Actually using priority mail to ship this turbine would cost the same to shipping your turbine from springfield to Joplin MO!!, or Kansas City, Little rock or Dallas(I have known a lot of people in the past who live in the NW Arkansas region, Kansas city and south MO) I don't frequent much RCU because I mostly fly big EDF's (you can check my trader rating on ezone) and I'm moving from electrics to turbines. If you still like to sell your turbine I still have the USPS MO's with your name and address.
