nope cause the fuel tubing can twist and cause of whats it made out of it lets it slide on the plastic
if your worried about it the just take some o ring safe oil and put a drop there.
and yes there are two bushings and ya u use them to adjust the steering, but i came up with idea for people who bash around and light racing if your serious racers the u properly have a truck that is more race the evader is a good truck but the plastic and hubs loosen up and wiggle the fuel tubing fixes that and it has no resistance and it takes 5 min give it a try just make sure that u dont cut too much its just a hair wider than the bushing its self of u put too much then you will have the problem u stated
