Bob Upton outside of Conroe, TX is doing some contract building. The last USA J-3 he built took 2nd or 3rd at the Bomber Field show. He uses covering and dope, does the stitching, etc. to produce a quality product. He will build anything from a plane that you can be proud of at the local field to a museum quality piece.
