RE: TGA F-15 Conversion
Ronnie, because of the stall charachteristics of the F-15, just do a max mechanical on rate three, and a 80 on rate two and a 50 on rate three. Take off with the mid rate and you will be fine. Put 35% expo in on all three rates.
Do a good stall in the air to find out what flare rate you will need.
I expect that you will end up with 1 " deflection of trailing edge as the final rate you will want across the board with 35% expo. based on my experiance with the Yellow and two TGA's.
