Seriously, are you selling the plans, or just putting them out there? Any plans for a kit?
The only design consideration for the high winger that I can think of is being able to reach down into the radio compartment to hook things up, make sure it isn't too small, or it will be like working with a ship in a bottle.
Depends on the size of your hands...
