Im worried that i have all kinds of background programs running but i cant see it, when i press alt ctrl delete it goes to that screen, then i click on process and there is a bunch of .exe stuff running, some of its crap because its stuff like "GameDrvr.exe" or "CFD.exe", i know those are crap bc i never seen them on that list until recently.
