Well, success...!!! Got the puter back and it is running everthing flawlessly at the highest settings. They say all they did was turn off the spyware but I know that they did something else becuase I tried that before I returned the machine. It runs beautifully now, same card (6600). I was having trouble with the other games (empire earth II and empire earth) and they both work perfectly now and I turned alol the setting up to the max. Online gaming is perfect too, not a stutter after 1 hour of game play. The mouse is as smooth as silk. One thing I did notice was that my old power cord was very loose so I put in the new one when I hooked it back up. I doubt that would have anything to do with it, I changed it because I noticed that the maching would sometimes restart when I pluged in my flash card for the futaba 14MZ.. I thought it was the card.. bent pins.. but traced it down to the power plug. Guess when I wiggled the card to get it to slide in it would also wiggled the whole puter. In anycase all is well in G3 land now.

Just a side note, I was trying to load the add on disc #1 when it kept asking me for the serial number.. there is no serial number on disc 1!!!.. found out there is a default # on their web page.
