I need some help with the clutch and shifting on my CEN MT2. I recently had to replace my spur gears. Before replacing the gears, my 2nd gear was shifting fine. Since the replacement of the gears and re-assembly, the CEN runs fine, just will not shift into second gear. I followed my manual for the NT-16 engine, says to close the clutch screw all the way in, then back it out 1 complete turn. Still, no shifting. Its like is running as a single speed CEN. I might have forgotten a washer/spacer or something? Anyone have some suggestions on what it might be. I double checked the clutch shoes and they are installed in the correct direction. Currently using the same racing clutch with the all around spring. Had it installed before the spur gears were replaced, using the same clutch setup now. So im guess that is not the problem.
