Thanks for the reply back. I currently have it apart again. I read in a few of the other CEN forums, that its possible for the 11t/14t clutch housing to get "glazed" or "worn out". Is simply cleaning it the solution or can the 2speed clutch housing actually get worn out. I know the gears can get stripped, but, my gears look fine. How can you tell if your clutch shoes are worn out. Is it that raised area on each shoe? How many turns from closed, would anyone suggest on the clutch adjustment for the MT2.? I followed the manual, all the way closed and 1 complete turn out. I have tried adjusting the clutch more, still, no engagement into second gear. I do notice that my 11t/14t clutch housing gears do not line up exactly with the spur gears. They are about 1 or 2mm short, or off, from lining up perfect with the spur gears. This is why I was wondering if I was missing a washer/spacer, or some other kind of adjustment part. Any other suggestion out there.. Thanks in advance to all... [&:]
