Don't "Hmmmmmm" me, this has went on for over 24 hrs., and the report to the moderator ended with him posting his own compliments on the product.
RCU deserves bashing like us who make a living manufacturing a product, if they run their operation this way. Ghost Rider (although he does a good job) was the moderator on ARW9FMW's last rant, and it went way too far. Now we are in the same situation, and Marc Vigod and everyone else has dropped the ball again in my opinion (and from the phone calls today) others.

Mr. Vigod censored one of these individuals in the past, and apparently let him go at some point - he has posted three times in one year, most of them recently - the other has a 'history' of 1 post (this one) - what's up here? Is this just me?
This is what the manufactures (actually producing products out here) call 'hit and run' - a wild allegation, no chance or opportunity to make it right, and then they disappear - no replies, no explanations - it's not fair and it is a damn shame.

The thread originator signed his real name at the bottom of his post with his contact phone #. Have you made any attempt to contact your customer to resolve this issue or are you going to dedicate your efforts in attacking RCU, Mr. Vigod and the Jet moderators?.
