on the lower left corner of the reply box is a "click here to upload"
then a popup box will apear.
browse to the file you would like to upload jpeg or bitmap i think are the only files supported.
click ok.
wait takes some time.
message appears upload successful.
click ok done
type your message.
ok to post

don't know if popup blockers efect this if you have one try to disable it and then post
but you cant use the fast reply option the upload link will not be there
