I'm not familiar with that particular spinner, but it sounds like the setup used with Tru-Turn, vortec, CB, and a host of other brands. The bolt at the apex of the spinner screws into a union nut on the prop shaft. The union nut also holds the propeller and backplate to the crankshaft and thrust washer. First put the backplate on the crank up against the thrust washer, then the prop, prop washer, then union nut. Tighten. Put the spinner cone on then insert the bolt through the apex of spinner and tighten.
