Hi RCDadChicago.....I had this problem and in the forum somebody help me fix this problem.
You will need to take off the air filter of the carb. Applying the brake and see how many space have for enter the air. In my case I hace 3mm of space.
If you dont have a lot of space for enter the air, the carb cannt make the mix of air with fuel. This is the reason the engine stop.
By the way, my setting is HS: 2 1/2 LS: 2
