Drum, Nice pic of UCD. How does your Showtime land? Are you at manual CG? What do you suggest on the wheel springs? What was your overall weight? Somehow weight has become very important to me. At my elevation and with the 110 I need to be under 9lbs. Under 8.5 is better. Under 8 is best. Are you disappointed in the Showtime? Mine is on the table, just getting started. Probably take me 10 days. Gonna use Hitec stuff and YS.
Thanks,
Barry
No im not dissapointed in my showtime at all.. i just know there is something wrong that is not bringing it to its full potential with the wings. if you look back a few posts at the pic of mine you can see how far the aileron is trimmed. i have mine on the rcomended CG and i am not going back any further. it is far enough there that it will do everything and still track true.I have 0 coupling in KE without SFGs. I am only on my 10th flight or so with it so im still tweaking here and there. I am going to do my spring like the pictures when HELOHELOHELLO puts them up.. I will weigh it today without fuel. If you like under 8 with the 110 you are gonna bee on the edge when hovering.. mine pulls out fine to me . i wouldnt sweat to bring it down to eye level with mine (when i get more comfortable with it) maybee your elevation is making the difference.

Oh yea mine lands great. bring it in chop the throttle.. settle it in. not floaty at all like the UCD or F90

Lee,
check your ailerones to make sure that one is not twisted, I found one had some twist in when i was assemblying the plane. took about 60 seconds with the heat gun to straighten it. Mine flew off the board with only 1 click of trim on the aileron. 20 degrees of up spoileron really takes alot of rock out of the harrier plus I had to add 1/2 oz of weight to the tip of the left wing. I was dropping into elevators and keep noticing that the plane would rock slighltly harder to the right than the left. With the SFG's on, the harriers are better if you are going straight in the wind, if you are at an angle to the wind the SFG's seem to increase the rock. I had my C/G as far back as 1 inch from the recomended and didn't notice any appreciable difference in the performance except it was slightly pitchier on landing, but not much. Like the C/G just fine at the recommended spot
