Sir....I have a FP-40, ABN that is leaking fuel. The engine has had 2 tanks of fuel, full throttle, rich but not 4 cycling and I cannot start it without a starter. I'm new at this and I thought I primed OK, but no start. Once running it seams to run OK but there is fuel all over the needle valve. Is it leaking from somewhere or is this normal. Thanks Dave
