Can someone please help me get to terms with the correct whey to setup my jr x-378 radio.

I have both the Japanese and english manuals but they dont give enough information for me to get my head around. I.E. dual rates, thro curves, revo mixing. As all parts are related I can't seem to come to grips with it all.

Is there a good web site that will explain it to me.
