I had the same thing
I had a hitec 645 servo
and switched to hitec 5625 digital and had much better steering
the original horn was turning loose on the servo output also
you got to see the max trow in your steering, you must be able to make rounds in front of you at the trackwide in the first place


are your tires still good enough?
I milled the 2mm of the front arms also
are the balls of the steering system free enough?
