Hey, CP, the Killer Buzz has a 4" major chord! But a 34" span to give the area. I didn't have any 1/4" stock so I used 3/16. [X(]

Back to the airplane at hand. (sorry, couldn't resist) I assume you just edge glued an extra 1" strip to the 4" piece. How big a spar did you use?
