No war intended and talking about servos is hardly war mongering either - lots of other guys seem to be able to talk about them (not to mention engines!!) and get away with it without being accused of turning the thread into an argument. But I appreciate I'm new around here!

I've been using Hitec stuff in conjunction with my other Futaba stuff for about 5 years. This is a very factual thread and you guys were talking about servos - I was merely pointing out a serious (and relevant) issue that could result in serious failures.

I'd hate to think of a single Showtime ending up in a bin-bag due to Karboite failure, that's all. And hushing stuff up will spoil the thread also - freedom of speech and all that!
