Hello Airbatic,
Today is your lucky day. The real deal is that the McCulloch 21cc trimmers in Europe are actually Poulan Weedeater engines. I am attaching a website in the UK that tells you exactly how to convert one. I think that the 24cc is also a Poulan. People have had good luck with these engines in R/C. I was told that a Japanese company bought McCulloch and stopped making the trimmer engines. I guess the eurpean branch uses Poulan engines to meet demand in europe. Eurpean chain saws may be Poulan also. I think that they even have a video.
