I have a Saito 120 in mine and had the same problem. To get the motor far enough back I had to remove a piece of the corner of the engine box. Use a dremel and make a hole in the box large enough to fit your muffler then use some fiberglass to make a curved bottom. The fiberglass gives it strength and protects from the heat.
