Default 9303 6-surface programming

Thanks for your help previously. I have a 9303 and an RnR Genesis. I cant, for the life of me, make it over the programming hump.
I can get one flap working on the switch, and one working on the throttle, but I can get them mixed. I must be missing something. I'm using a HiTec Superslim receiver. What I'm after is 1)Full trailing edge reflex/camber 2) 90 degree flaps 3)Flaps follow ail 50%.

Can you offer any insight?
