It looks to be that I am the only one that has lost a Showtime to flutter.....I am only using an OS .91 Surpass, and wasnt at full throttle when the right wind fluttered like I have never seen or heard flutter before! Stripped the servos in both wings, and tore the gear off.
Although the hinge gaps were not sealed, I had them tight, and the ailerons were in fine shape. The wing folded right past the end of the wing tube.
I am not sure wether or not to bother with another one....I liked it, but I dont want to take a chance at losing another to the same thing, and I have yet to read about anyone else having this problem, so I am hoping its an isolated incident.
The servos were Futaba 9252 Digital, but not metal geared, and were basically new and the torque is around 93oz........
Anyone have any flutter with there Showtime?
