Metal geared servos may have helped. Sealing hinge gaps may have too...only takes a few minutes. Did your servos have a mechanical advantage? Was there any slop? What prop were you running and how fast was it going when it fluttered? Were the servos tight in their mounts after the crash (always a good idea to check the glue joints on servo mounts for an ARF).
