At that launch angle, with the weight of his body all below the thrust vector, and supposing that he actually has enough thrust to lift that mass off the ground in the right circumstances, than the best he could probably do is a forward flip and hit his head on the dock wall.

That, and the fact that, like other pointed out, he leaves the ground before the rocket are "fired".
