Has anyone tried to do full brushless conversion? Mine is set up with A: GWS 6 channel receiver
B: JR g500t
C: Park 370 Brushless
D: 2 Castle creations Pheonix-10 speed controllers
E: Feigeo 12mm brushless tail motor
F: Futaba t9chp
I'm having trouble getting the gyro to work with the speed controller, it seems to turn the speed controller on full blast when it makes a correction and sends it into the opposite direction I think its set on hh instead of std any ideas?

As far as the sticky collective remove the blades and the blade grip screws (in the center of the blade grips) there are two washers, reverse the order of the washers. From the factory I think the washers are placed big one toward the center and small at screw head and the large one binds on the grips just reverse them.
