There is a simple fix for you sticking collective problem here in the forums. Basically there are two washers that need to be switched around in the blade grips and that will fix it. For your tail problem did you try to adjust the tail expo? When you adjust the expo you mush unplug the battery then back in for the adjustment to take effect.
