I don't think it is supposed to move the screw, but I can't be sure. I've only seen the 2.5 engine and my T-15 engine actually run, but the 2.5 has a slide-valve carburetor and the T-15 has a rotary but the screw is on the other side. Maybe it is though... I just can't be sure.
