wd 40 isn't good for engine that use siliocon o-rings because it eats it away, a bottle of After run oil will last a long time
thats what the makers of after run oil want you to think
in fact I've been to places where nobody uses after run oil at all unless you are storing your car for a long time just make sure you run your engine dry and clean out the fuel tank
wd40 is fine
