There is not much force on the wing screws just drill(small) and pin your aft anti rotation pins. This would hold it without bolts if the bolts came out..If your bolts are always comming loose then put just a tad of blue loctite on the threads about every 25 flights. They will be a little more stiff going in but wont back out.
