No the time for hacksaw . Using permanent marker I draw the cut lines and holding engine in a vise I make all the cutting. Believe me it is very easy part. Aluminum case is very soft but easy to cut (doesn't stick to blade). All cut out aluminum weights 3.8 oz (yes, I collected all pieces and put them on the scale).
