Lower it (street tires in itself would do this), stiffen the suspension, and get anti-sway bars if available (i know they have them for the evader, not sure for the rush).

You might also want to consider getting a slide-carb.. you're going to want quick throttle response.

Its still going to be hard to do tho. You'd have an easier time of it in the dirt or wet pavement rather than a dry road.
