I just finished building a new field box that includes the electronics from a portable car starter. After installing those components along with a power panel and quick charger panel, I came to the point where it was time to decide whether or not to install a fuel tank in the box. After thinking long and hard about it, I decided against it. Putting a fuel tank next to a large 12V battery that is hooked to three panels with exposed wiring just didn't seem like a good idea....call me crazy but I like to believe this kind of thinking is whats kept me alive all these years.
