Well so far that's 2 nays and 2 yeas...The yeas have it! But seriously folks...Thanks for the "voices of experience"...I should have a carb. hangin' around I can sub. if nec. I just kinda had a gut feelin' that it'd be o.k., Just hope I get a nice straight one.(bought a Venus .40 and it had a warped + bowed stab. + 1 elev. Tower sent me a new tail kit, but I'm saving it for a winter proj. among others...Thinking about putting an old(brand new) Veco (K&B) .61 w/perry pump+big bore carb., It's only 'bout an ounce heavier than a .46, and a couple-three lighter than a .70 4stroke. Gotta ckeck the cowl, it looks like a "chipmunk" type cowl! Bet ya it is! I've heard mostly good things about the Venus) When it gets here, I'll let you know how it goes...Thanks again to all! Tom.
