Raideron. Don't worry about those pinned hinges. Use 30 minute epoxy and you'll be fine. Sure makes a smooth action on the hinges. Glue 1/2 at a time. Glue all the ones in the wing first (and stab) and then let them dry overnight and then glue on the ailerons or elevators. Make certain you dry fit before you glue as generally you will need to enlarge the holes slightly. Use vaseline on the pin area to keep glue away. I put it on with an Xacto knife but you can use a rolling pin if you want. If you install them right, epoxy them good, and make certain they operate smoothly they will hold...At least until they don't.
