Two suggestions for you: You said you wanted building practice and that your next next plan would be a "master level kit ". So what about the GP P-51 Mustang I am nearly finished framing mine up and it has gone together very well. Its only a little more work than a typical low wing sport plane and will would be a good fit for your OS .46.
Another good choice would be the Lanier Shrike 40, now the plans and instructions are pretty lousy but the kit is nearly all laser cut and is so simple it would be hard to mess it up. My Shrike is plenty fast with a Super Tigre .40 so your TT .40 would probably give it similar performance.
