You where right! It is a whopper I went and looked at it today. You where also right about it being a kit, it is. I had that part wrong. I asked if he would part with it and his reply (In his best coot tone) was: you might buy it from Dora in a few years when I'm gone..Not before though! He also has a Huge 1/6 scale (almost as big as a full size door that it is "drydocked" on) ROBBE fire boat with all the bells and whistles. I hadn't seen it before today. It is his 20 year project.
