The regular rustoleum is mostly fuel proof if you let it cure for a while. Water-based polyurethane is another good option and is just a clear top coat. (behr is the best) If you can find it, a two part epoxy paint is good too. I haven't tried the one-part spray epoxy yet. (but will soon!) I regularly use 35-45% nitro. My solution was just to keep it separate.

oh yeah, the monokote paint is good up to 15% I think. Check the label.
