Thats for AFP, older version. The program you used can not convert TMT to bmp correctly (as shown in your post), BUT, you can use it as a guide for the texture coordination. just outline the wing from the (not so correctly) converted bmp, then paint your own texture. but them back as xxxxxx.BMP, voila!
