RE: Great Planes Tiporare – Thirteen Year Build
The CG is set at 3/8" to 1/2" foward of the main landing gear's center line. (approx. 5" back from the wing's LE at center of wing). When the Tipo is balanced right, no fuel, you should be able to push the tail down and it will stay there with the nose up in the air, balancing on the main gear. Give the nose a slight tap, and the tipo will rest on all 3 again. If you want....PM me with your address and I wil send you a copy of the building instructions. In the mean time. Put the air tank in the turtle deck (top part of fuse) right over the wing's TE.
