if you want to build your own boat check out aeromarinerc.com for some good hulls. if your looking at rtr you should look at offshoreelectrics.com. and fiberghlass is certainly not too heavy for electrics. one more thing you should check out http://www.funrcboats.com/ProductInf...id=AERMEANRTRE
