Run it slightly but not slobbering rich, hover for 2 minutes, land and idle for 2 minutes. Do that a tank and lean it a couple clicks at a time till its running right.

Don't over heat it. Let me say that again, DON'T OVER HEAT IT.

After each landing touch the back plate. If you can't keep your fingers on it for atleast 3 seconds your running too hot, if its cold you can go leaner by a click or 2 w/o hurting everything. It should be warm but not burn you.
