Looks like a SPAD of some sort.
In case you're not familiar with SPAD, it means simple plastic aircraft design.

The SPAD concept allows people to build very tough airframes for very little money.
If they crash they often suffer little damage and can usually be flying again in minutes.
I have only seen a couple of SPADs.
They seemed to fly much like wooden planes.
In our club, most members fly wooden planes; but we all gathered around to check out the aluminum/plastic planes and enjoyed watching them fly.
