Hey this is my first time attempting to start it up but I must be doing something wrong....i think it has to do with the towerhobbies glow starter I have. The battery feels warm but the part that goes onto the glow plug is not, also the glow plug on the car is not warm....is this my problem?

Also when I plug the exhaust and pull the cord a few times I don't see fuel going up to the carb, it just went up a tiny bit but maybe that's pressurized enough?

I know it has to be something to do with the glow starter or priming, any help would be appreciated.
