You might want to post your running problems in the Super Tigre forum, Max is usually on tap to answer your questions ( Supertigre rep).

Meanwhile , make sure it isn't sucking air, all connections are tight in your fuel lines and the lock nut is locked down fairly snug at the main needle valve. You should be using a pressure tap from your mufler to pressurize the fuel tank which will aid greatly in both general fuel delivery ( especially in airobatics) and with throttle transition.

With Supertigre engines run it rich at first, once you get to leaning it out, then set the throttle to be off idle just a bit and set your low speed needle for good running and good transition before you set the actual low speed idle RPM. I'd start out with a good 2.5-3 turns out on the main needle with the glow driver attached, then lean from there, it will want plenty of fuel to keep running till it breaks in a little.
