I just called the reflex guys. They searched the support database and found 3 more issues in the past 5 years with gigabyte trouble and they all ended replacing the motherboard. ATI to my knowledge is a reputable, quality orientated company. Trouble is possible in any company but if I would compare the ATI reputation with the Gigabyte reputation, my guess is a faulty Gigabyte product. Do a google search for "gigabyte" and " AGP" and you will find lots of reviews and forum threads related to that problem.
