He saying that you don't have the right to use it for AFPD, which of course is untrue. If you own XTR you can use that scenery however you like as long as you do not redistibute it, unless of course you are going to use the image to critique under fair use.

What are the image dimensions? I've heard that converting these XTR images for AFPD are not a problem.
